PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and confirmed in our system.
MANUFACTURING TIME:
Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability and customization:
In‑stock items: Production and dispatch can begin from 3 days.
Made‑to‑order items: A minimum of 4 days is required for manufacturing.
Customized or complex products (such as masks with implanted hair or special configurations) may require up to 15 days to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
All non–in‑stock items begin production only after the order is placed, as each piece is individually crafted by our artisans.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We offer free shipping for all UK and EU orders, with discreet gift‑style packaging included at no additional cost. For customers outside the UK/EU, shipping is generally free as well, though certain regions may incur additional charges depending on local courier requirements or remote‑area surcharges. If any extra cost applies, we will notify you before dispatch.
FAILED DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it becomes the responsibility of the local shipping carrier. We cannot assume liability for failed deliveries under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Uncollected Parcels If a parcel is left at a designated pickup point or delivery location and is not retrieved in time, we are not responsible for any resulting loss or issues.
PO Box Delivery Issues If a courier is unable to deliver to a PO box, we cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery.
